(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), the court shall make a decision within seven days from the date of receipt of the argument note if the court orders to file the argument note in accordance with subsection (3) of section 192.
(3) If the matter to be adjudicated in accordance with sub-section (1) involves a complex legal or factual question, if such matter cannot be adjudicated on the same day, the court shall determine the date of the judgment within fifteen days at the latest, if the court orders the decision to be made as to which legal or factual complex question is involved. will fall.
(4) If a date is set according to sub-section (3), the court shall adjudicate the case on that day and record it in the opinion book and deliver the decision to the parties.
(5) In the case of a unilateral decision by the court, the court that decides in such a way shall serve notice to the party who is not present in the case within thirty days from the date of such judgment being prepared and certified, in accordance with the schedule-20 of the judgment, after completing the process of paragraph-8 and if such notice cannot be served, for the information of the party who is not present in the case. A unilateral decision should be published in a national daily newspaper.
(6) If the date of hearing is set by the court for the judgment, before the date set, all the facts of the case should be recorded and the matters to be decided in the case should be recorded and the matter to be decided in the case should be kept or ordered to be kept in accordance with section 191.
(7) After the case has been settled, if any party concerned or his legal practitioner wants to take the transcript of the court's decision written in the opinion book, the court shall certify such transcript and make it available to the parties.
